It is a sad fact that books by ‘BB’ - Denys Watkins-Pitchford - can be very hard to find nowadays. Many are now out of print, and some of those that can be hunted down are very expensive to buy. There is now a world-wide demand for these books which has, of course, raised their selling price on the open market.
